[Lasa] Laptop from Southern California to Quito

Hola a todos, 

I would like to know if there is anyone who is traveling from Southern California to Quito in the near future. I work with a Quichua community in the Casco Antiguo de Quito. As you might know, electronic prices in Quito or Guayaquil area rip off and the community is in dire need of a laptop. We will travel around Ecuador carrying out workshops and such so the laptop is essential.  I simply ask if someone here can perhaps bring the laptop for me. I will arrange for a friend to buy for me and have it ready for pick up or she can bring it to you wherever in southern California. There is a chance the laptop could be available in San Francisco, Santa Barbara or Vegas. Perhaps we can arrange for a small compensation for your pain. I would greatly appreciate it.
