[Lasa] Ecuadorian Constitution

I don´t think there is an English version.  If you find one though please let me know.  I would like to make it available to the students in my Andes and Amazon Field School held in Napo http://andes.asu.edu  .   We had regional directors from the ministerios de Salud and Ambiente come out to talk to our students about the constitution in their respective areas in June and July but were not able to get material for the students to read in English.
