[Lasa] La Posada del Quinde

A note to colleagues traveling to Otavalo:
     The former Otavalo Hotel Ali Shungu was sold to a new owner Maggie 
Reniers a year ago and is now known as La Posada del Quinde. Maggie, 
like many of us, first came to Ecuador on a college study abroad 
program. She has changed the restaurant and lowered prices, while still 
maintaining high quality food and service. She is open to having student 
groups stay and/or eat there, and will arrange special prices. The 
Posada's two apartment suites are also available for short or long-term 
stays and would especially useful for faculty supervising a summer study 
program, as the apartment could be used for group meetings.
      I met Maggie last summer and was impressed with her and her plans 
for the hotel. The current TripReports are outstanding. Maggie can be
