Location, location location:
Easy walk to la Católica, Abya Yala bookstore, Short drive to
Univerisidad San Francisco through Guápulo, Supermaxi is close
by. 2 blocks from the Colon Camal to southern and western routes, A
jump down to El Ecovía, and a healthy hike to FLACSO. La Floresta is
a beautiful and tranquilo city neighborhood with many lovely old
buildings, close walk to numerous restaurants, bakeries, cafés, bars,
internet cafés, and the best tripa mishki in Quito.
The owner lives in the US now, so a responsible renter who will love
this apartment and its surroundings like we do will be very
appreciated. Our friendly Quito-based family will help manage any
renter issues not manageable via cyberspace.
If you know anything about the trials of renting in Quito, then you
would know that this is a great deal.
