[Lasa] Seeking Shapefiles for Ecuador map showing all cantons

Hi Craig,

Larrea Maldonado's book came with a CD full of spatial data containing
shape files of provinces, cantons, parishes, ciudades, and poblados (not to
mention the CDs inclusion of all the other data on poverty, population,
nutrition, etc). Here is the citation:

Larrea Maldonado, C. (2006). Hacia una Historia Ecológica del Ecuador.
Quito, Corporación Editora Nacional.
