[Lasa] Colaboren con Estudios Ecuatorianos

Saludos Ecuatorianistas,

¿Sabías que el único ingreso que tiene la sección de Estudios Ecuatorianos es la cuota que pagas para ser miembro?

Nuestra sección necesita el apoyo de cada miembro para seguir con nuestros programas valiosos: premios a los mejores ensayos, becas de viaje para el Congreso de LASA, nuestra reunión y recepción durante el Congreso, mantenimiento de nuestro sitio web.

Pero como tesorera de la sección, me estoy dando cuenta que en este momento nuestros fondos no alcanzan para otorgar el mismo número de becas de viaje que el año pasado, ni para hacer una recepción durante el Congreso…

Por eso estamos pidiendo tu colaboración.

Si ya renovaste tu membresía en la sección para el 2020, muchas gracias.

Si tienes que actualizar tu membresía, lo puedes hacer en el sitio web de LASA: https://lasaweb.org/es/join/renew-membership/

Si tu membresía de LASA está vigente, pero tienes que agregar solamente la membresía de la sección, aquí las instrucciones:

Puede añadir secciones a su actual membresía en línea siguiendo estos pasos:

  1.  Vaya a https://members.lasaweb.org/jru/.
  2.  En el siguiente menú desplegable, elija «Add sections to your existing Sections Subscriptions».
  3.  Luego, haga clic en «continuar a la página de creación de formulario personalizado».
  4.  Ingrese la contraseña y luego continúe con el formulario en línea y el pago.
  5.  Si necesita ayuda, comuníquese con la secretaría de LASA al 412-648-7929 o a lasa at lasaweb.org<mailto:lasa at lasaweb.org>

Did you know that the Ecuadorian Studies Section’s only income is your membership dues?

Our section needs support from each member to continue our valuable programs: prizes for the best papers, travel grants for the LASA Congress, our meeting and reception during the Congress, maintaining our website.

But as section treasurer, I’m realizing that at this moment we don’t have enough funds to offer the same number of travel grants as last year, nor to host a reception during the Congress…

So we are asking for you to pitch in.

If you already renewed your section membership for 2020, thank you.

If you need to renew your membership, you can do so on the LASA website:

If your LASA  membership is active, but you just need to add the section membership, here are the instructions for doing that:

You may add sections to your current membership online by following these steps:

  1.  Go to https://members.lasaweb.org/jru/.
  2.  In the next drop-down menu, choose “Add sections to your existing Sections Subscriptions”
  3.  Then click “continue to the customized form creation page.”
  4.  Enter password, and then proceed with the online form and payment.
