Colegas,

For US asylum applications, can anyone help with info on gangs in towns 
and cities in Ecuador today? The brutal gang warfare in prisons have 
been receiving a lot of press, but presumably these gangs have their 
counterparts outside of the prison system but I have read very little 
about what they are and how they work. Can anyone help?
