Someone told me that if you are affiliated with a particular institution - like FLACSO - you might get told that all you need is your home institution's IRB approval. So, you could do that. Since I'm not affiliated with an institution in Ecuador, this doesn't apply to me, so I'm going to e-mail Mr. Ortega as per another respondant's reply:<br><br><br>USFQ has the only internationally recognized IRB.
