He had<br>not been in the office or answering emails for a couple of days, so one<br>of my colleagues went to his house and with the help of a neighbours<br>ladder entered via an open upstairs window. He found Steve sat on a sofa<br>in front of the television. The cause of death is obviously not<br>determined yet, but the likelihood is that he suffered a heart attack.
